Is this Silkie a hen or rooster?

I have a Silkie that's 7 weeks old. Coloring and crest is making me think roo, but it's comb is so small and it acts just like my other Silkie hen. Also does anyone know what color he/she is?

That's what I was thinking! The blue in the crest and on its tail were throwing me off though haha
