Is this silkie a rooster?

This silkie will be 4weeks this Sunday and I'm worried its a rooster please help!!

way too young to sex a silkie. But it does have a narrow comb and not one big ugly lump, so teeny chance it will be a pullet. Don't quote me on that.

I think it looks rather large for its age, but I haven't raised a Silkie in a while.
