Is this SL Wyandotte a roo or hen?

Hi, I am not sure about this Silver Laced Wyandotte. It is almost 13 weeks old. It is a little more agressive than my others, and sometimes bosses my WC Black Polish around, but he is kind of a pushover anyway. I am hoping for hen, but not sure. What do you think?

I had a feeling, hubby said hen. Our Polish just developed quicker than all. When do these start crowing and getting more rooster looking?

I saw your pics of your Wyandottes Katy, so pretty! I am not keen on the face but I love their coloring. To me they look like they have an attitude, lol!

Well I hope I'm wrong and it's a she for you.

Usually the roos are more streaky colored on the back while the pullets have better lacing, but that comb says roo to me.

I think she's a hen, roosters should have larger combs and a different feather color pattern. The tail and the redness of the comb/wattles throws me off though, I guess you'll just have to wait and see:pop

Yep, the tail is what made me think roo, but hardly a comb. My Polish in the background is the same age, and look at him! He crows every day for me! Not too much though, thank goodness!

I've had some hens I thought were roosters because of the tail feathers, then they dropped their tail feathers. I look at their legs, too -- the roos have much hunkier legs and feet than the hens.
