I was in my coop and found a snake he’s brown with big black spots, does anyone know if it’s poisonous or if it will bother my birds, or just eat eggs

If the head is smaller at the nose than at the jaw, it is poisonous. That snake looks big enough to eat an egg, but not a grown chicken, though those eggs look pretty big.

Go to your state.gov and look for the DNR or similar. Somewhere you should be able to find the snakes living in your area. Or, search for (state) snakes.

If it has a triangle head its poisonous.
If the head is round you would be fine. Its just going for the eggs.

I’m blanking on what kind of snake that is, but I also believe it to be venomous. I’d get it out if there somehow! It wouldn’t need to eat the chickens to kill them, just bite them ☹️

Wasn't trying to sound snooty - I apologize. It's a Western Rat Snake. Looking for eggies. Great rodent control, loves to climb. You can relocate with soft tongs or call a local snake relocator. :)
would a rat snake be able to climb up a metal sheet or through a hole on the side of a metal building
