My 2 or 3 day chick is sleeping often and other chicks are staying away from him! Is this some Kind of sickness? Or is it just a normal thing?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum!

It looks like the chick is trying to huddle under the light. Are you measuring temperature in there? On a related note, I'm a big proponent of the mother hen radiant heaters. Expensive, but worth it. They mimic mom's warmth and protection without heating the entire area.

Is the chick eating and drinking regularly? What is it's activity like when it isn't sleeping? Have you checked for pasty butt? Has this been happening all three days or just started? Have you seen other chicks picking on it? Is it walking normally? Limping? Doing anything else that you feel is an unusual behavior?

I don’t think I’ve seen the chick drinking/eating and when it’s not sleeping it kinda just walks around. He has no pasty butt. Umm I think it started on the 2nd day. Chicks don’t really pick on it! I’m pretty sure he walks normally, but he does limp a bit (I think), no unusual behaviour but is heavy breathing a problem?

Heavy breathing could be a sign of too much heat but then again, it was right under the lamp in that picture. I'd still try to check the temp, just to be safe. It should be around 90-95, ideally closer to 95 at around 1-2" off of the floor. I'd put some chick vitamins in the water too. Are you on medicated or unmedicated feed? If not I'd keep some Corrid for coccidiosis treatment handy just in case and monitor their stool. I think that's as much as I can think of within my realm of experience. Hopefully someone else can come along who can offer their advice

Did you dip their beaks in the waterer?
Maybe try again...and tap at chick feed on the floor to stimulate it to eat.
Good to have a hard surface under the feeder so they can eat off the ground at first, I use a tote lid.

I've had a couple chicks that didn't get with the program for a few days.
