Is this something that needs attention?

I’ve got a flock of 5 ameraucanas about 6 weeks old. Just noticed this protrusion or swelling on one of them, I don’t recall seeing it before. Any idea what it is / what may cause this / how to treat?

That looks like her ear. It looks like the feathers covering her ear were removed.
