Is this speckled Sussex a rooster or hen?

Hi everyone! I've been trying I figure out if my speckled Sussex is a cockerel or pulley but even after doing all the research, I'm having a hard time telling! Especially since it seems like speckled Sussex hens have large red combs and wattles in general. Can anyone tell me if they think our "Hannibal Eggtor" is a boy or girl?
