Is this splayed leg and can it be fixed?

I just hatched out 11 chicks and one of them has come out looking like it has splay legs but I think it may be worse as she can’t walk at all or even hold her self up she keeps falling over on her side when she try’s to move it just seems like she does t know how to walk and keeps trying to put her legs Above her I’ve put some bandages on to hold her legs together but I’m worried it might be a bigger problem that may not be fixable I’ve got photos of her legs which is the black chick with the bandages and gave you a comparison to one of our healthy chicks which is the white one I just hope that I will be able to help her

really need some more thoughts on this as I’m starting to think it’s not just splay leg
