This one and my definite-cockerel have the same low croaky voice...does that indicate anything?I'd still wait on this one. I do see some red coming through on the wings but there's also some red in other locations which could mean the pattern will even out as it gets older.

Nope, not in chickens. In ducks, the voice does matter but chickens make all sorts of noises. The only thing that would be definitive is a crow.
