I have a beautiful black with tan lace collar
8 month old roo feathered leg cochin .
fellow wants for breeding. is 5.00 to much to ask?
I have been hand feeding him and he is quite calm.
I hate to re home him bbecause I have too many now,and he will be going to a good home.. Idont want to over charge in these hard times. Sissy

I think that this is an excellent price for a Roo. I would rather sell a roo than give them away free....even for a really cheap price. That way I don't have to feel like I'm just sending them to the chopping block. If I am, then at least I recouped a little bit of the cost of fattening him up.
 
I've been selling my excess roos for $6.00 a piece. So you seem to be in the ballpark!

We see roos at flea markets around here selling for $10.00. On craigslist also, They are selling like hotcakes!

but Im sure he will be a Happy fellow. with all his new ladies.
.He had been a bachelor for his 8 months
LOL time to help in populating the Cochin family..
