Is this true Ameracauna and is it a hen or a rooster?

thankyou for the replys, how can you tell that it is an easter egger?

from what i've been told if it has a beard, fluff around the ears, black or slate legs, a neutral beak, and brownish eyes it is a Ameracauna, and it fits all those. What am i missing?

Ameraucanas are specific colors that will breed true.
