My girl started having pasty, whitish/yellow poo stuck to her feathers on Friday with an awful smell and would range for a bit and just stop and stand still. Brought her in and have been cleaning her up, soaking her in Epsom salt water and applying miconazole to vent area. Have also been applying some manuka honey around the vent area where she is red. Have been providing yogurt, eggs and Hydro-hen but, she doesn't want to eat or drink much.
I am wondering if this is gleet and if so, how soon til I see an improvement or is this something else?
Attaching pic of her bottom after a soak and cleaning her up the best I can.

Looks like urates to me. Is there a continual yeasty discharge from the vent? If there is, you can treat for Vent Gleet. Info is below.

When was her last egg? Has she been having any issues laying?
Is her crop emptying?

There is a constant, yellowish discharge.
Not sure when her last egg was being I have 14 girls. She has not laid since Friday though that I know since I brought her in to separate her from the crew. Crop is emptying.

Have been doing Epsom salt soaks and treating with miconazole and manuka honey. I will be checking the link you attached. Thank you for helping verify what I thought it was.

Was wondering how long it takes for this to clear up after treatment? She doesn't even want to move.

Yellow may be from the liver.

If she's not laid an egg and should have, I'd start her on Extra Calcium to see if she'll lay and egg or perhaps lash material.
Give at least 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 daily for a week.

See that she's drinking and eating.
