Is this what chicken molting looks like?

I do have 2 roosters but I've only seen him grab the hens up near their heads, so I had assumed it wasn't him, it is early spring here so maybe it is the rooster! ugh I'm not sure anymore :th
It's the roosters. How many hens do you have?
It really doesn't matter if you have 10 or 3 or 25 hens per rooster. They will have their favorites and will over mate them.
One hen in my flock must be considered pretty hot stuff because both of the boys mate her every chance they get. Her back is void of feathers now. She just started sporting a saddle to protect her skin from injury.

I'm thinking your right that its rooster damage, these hens are definitely the roo's favorites now that I'm thinking about it! I have 10 hens with the 2 roosters, do you think I should either get more hens or find a home for one of my roosters?

Usually a good number is 10 hens per rooster. It can vary some based on the personalities of the roos and hens, but that is a good place to start. Beat up hens means you have not enough hens or you have a rough rooster. Your choice whether to add more hens or go down to one rooster, depends on how many chickens you want to keep. But I would do one of those things.

Hey guys!! So to thank all of you for your help in figuring out what was wrong with my chicken babies...I thought I'd show you pictures of what I did to help them based on your suggestions! I busted out the sewing machine and made them some chicken saddles/aprons (My silkie hen looks so cute in hers!) :)
