Is this white Ameraucana a rooster?

It's 5 months. I was dead sure it was a pullet, rounded saddle feathers, single row comb, etc. Then a couple weeks ago it molted and now it's got all these long thin feathers and it's comb seems bigger.

Also, a pea comb as 3 rows regardless of the gender of the bird. All my girls with pea combs have 3 rows

You should be able to find such a pretty boy a new home, I'd try posting in the buy sell trade section of the forums and/or your state's thread
