Is this white crested polish a male or female?

My White Crested Black Polish who is almost three months old seems very feisty. I hope it'll be a hen cause we don't need another crower like my other hen.

Looks like a pullet to me

Though I naively thought/hoped that this (at 3 weeks) was a pullet, so don't trust me

I'm not sure... Crest and tail says cockerel to me. But at 3 months it should be showing wattles.
