Is this white-faced cockatiel a male or female?

Is the bird young? If so, look carefully at the underside of the tail feathers. If you see any barring, it's a hen.

She is about 1 years old. she has some barrings on the bottom so is she a female? When we got her we thought she was a female but just to make sure we want to know if yall think shes a female or male.

She has a very feminine head and face, so that, with the barring, I'd bet you have a girl!
