Is this White Rock a roo?

Hi! I have read that Plymouth Rocks can be sexed younger based on redness of combs/wattles. Is this true, and if so, do I have a pair here? All photos are of the suspected roo only with the one photo showing both the obvious pullet and the possible roo together. About 5 weeks old.
