Is this Wyandotte a hen?

Both sexes get wattles. How old?
Really!!!??? She (praying)is 6 weeks and the reason it is important is bc my nosey neighbor hates roosters and zoning permits are strict. The comb is a little punk but not really developing but feathers seem slower than peers of different breeds. Picture update coming.

Are you sure this bird is 6 weeks? Looks more like 4.

Either way, too young to accurately sex. Start your own thread in 2 more weeks with updated pics.
 
I meant updated images in 2 more weeks. Wyandottes take a bit to show their gender. Pullets can color up early.
Does slow development mean cockrel compared to the others of different breeds this one is slow feathering.
