is timber treated with LOSP ok for quail breeding pens?

Hi all.
i bought some timber today and i thought it was not treated but found out it is treated with LOSP (Light Organic Solvent Preservative ).

is it ok to use it for my quail breeding pens?

any help would be great because i need to start building.

Not Sure Youri.... I Have Never Had Any Problems Personally... Then Again My Quail Dont "chew" Or Gnaw On Wood...

trated wood is only poisinous to bords if they chew it or eat the sawddust,shavings. as for quail i really wouldnt worry, i would worry more if they were parrots but parrots only do destructive things when theyre bored.Just throw some shrubs or small bush plant in there.My bobs seem to love banana trees but of course the trees get all eaten up
