is tis normal

Well this is my first hatched turkey chick and doesnt look well

Looks like he hatched too early, did you help him out? Either way, don't give up on him, I've seen many chicks like this that end up absorbing that yolk sac and getting up to run around.

No I didn't help him do I have to do something or let nature take its course

Nothing to do, just let him rest in the incubator until he is fluffy and able to stand up. I've had some survive this and some die before they ever get on their feet.
