Is Transfer Shock a Thing?

In the Brooder

I decided that today I was moving all my 6-10 week old chicks out into the run and coop. Their mess in the brooder was so much I couldn't keep with the amount of waste they were making, the uric acid was so strong even with 2 powerful air purifiers that my eyes were tearing.

The younger chicks adapted quickly and after a couple of hours they were eating, playing and making lots of happy sounds.

My oldest though, a 10 week old crested legbar, is acting weak all of a sudden after I moved her. She won't get up and is panting like she is hot, yet it's been upper 70s today with overcast and wind. I got her to eat a little from my hand and she looks around alert but will not get up. Is she in shock from being in the house for that long?

I would feed her some electrolytes or give her some Poultry NutriDrench 1 ml. Is she eating and drinking? What do her poops look like? If she is having runny poops and seems hunched and not eating, I would probably start some Corid in case of coccidiosis. Is the heat off now, and do they have good ventilation overhead? Have they been out on any grass or soil?

Could she have suffered an injury?
No way, she went right into a pet carrier and gently placed out.

I've been adding electrolytes to their water since I've had them. She's eating but I haven't got her to drink yet. She sees the water and she has been drinking like a horse for weeks. She has diarreah often but it looks normal, sometimes she just squirts out just water, that's how much she drinks. I designed that run to have the best cover and ventalation, it's not hot in there.

She just poked her head out and is looking around.
