We had a hen drop about 2lbs and go pale a week off the nest. The vet said she was anemic and had jondus from giving the babies all the nutritional food. That's the only thng I could think of. If you put bread or scraps out does she take them driectly to the babies? Does she eat her feed or only bugs? We had to put out a buffet of selections to get nutreints in her. Try water additives or if you want to play it safe, I'd call the vet.
