ISA brown cockerels are Silver colored with some red showing on the shoulders, the parent stock of the ISA browns are: Sires are Red in color and the Dames are Silver, thus producing a sex linked cross, Silver males are discarded at hatch.

"He" is a she then without a doubt. That's a pullet. Unusually large comb for a Red Sexlink though. She is getting very close to laying if she isn't already.

Yup she is laying eggs! You are right she is a mighty bird for a ISA Brown she is so unique. We also love her additude, because she gives our rooster a hard time.
