It’s really cool to watch mixes get their coloring
For example, the barred ones get a really light pattern

And the cinnamon queens or buff Orpington will sometimes get these really pretty feather patterns

Wow, they are getting big!
It's amazing how fast they can grow. It's kind of sad that they only stay that little and cute for a little .
They will be beautiful pullets and gorgeous cockerels before you know it!

I love when I get different colors. That's one thing about crossing breeds to make mixed breed offspring. You always get new surprising and unique colors!

Thanks for sharing some pictures! I like the cinnamon Queens or Orpingtons pattern. They are really pretty!
