No. It is not alcoholic.
You are thinking of a different fermentation process.
The process that ferments feed is lactic acid fermentation.
The process that produces alcohol is ethanol fermentation.

I have fermented this food since yesterday morning which makes it about 30 hours. I took the food away from the chickens again, even though they love it.

Unfortunately not true! I have fermented mine for 30h and it is highly alcoholic. I just tried a bit of the water the feed is fermenting in and it's gone to my head straight away. I took the food away from the chickens immediately. They love it, but I don't want to damage my beloved chickens.

I don't think so...
You have set up an anaerobic fermentation process. That forms alcohol as the primary byproduct.
You need to convert to an aerobic fermentation. You need to leave the ferment open to air and mix it well to incorporate oxygen and release the gaseous byproducts.
I've been fermenting chicken feed for over 7 years without issue. Never saw a drunk chicken.

I’ve got way too many questions, and I doubt anyone has the answers. But most importantly—no, a single sip isn’t going to make you tipsy, even if it’s 151 proof (cant be-especially after 30 hours-). It can, however, make you nauseous from the pungent ick factor.

I once tried 'wine' a friend made- and the battery acid made 'my eyes hot?' Like drinking hot pepper brine, lol. Thought I was going to faint from distaste.
