Isn’t fermented feed alcoholic??

Unfortunately not true! I have fermented mine for 30h and it is highly alcoholic. I just tried a bit of the water the feed is fermenting in and it's gone to my head straight away. I took the food away from the chickens immediately. They love it, but I don't want to damage my beloved chickens.
I have been feeding FF since 2015. I had a 8 year old hen hatch 9 last week . She has been eating FF her entire life. Doesn't seem to have done her any harm.

Regarding kombucha... I make my own. It is non-alcoholic. I can knock back a 16 oz bottle on an empty stomach and my 120 lb body does not even get to the "feeling good" stage.

The grocery store I shop at sells only the "may contain trace amounts of alcohol" kind of kombucha, and anyone can buy it. Other stores sell the "show proof of age" kombucha by the same company.

An over-ripe banana can have trace amounts of alcohol.

Ditto. I mean, it would be a lot more fun to be a secret day-drinker just “having a kombucha” and getting schnockered but, alas, no such luck yet.

Same. If there’s any alcohol in th kombucha I make, I sure can’t tell it.
