that often you start out thinking something is ugly and once you really see it you suddenly think it's really cute and beautiful?
I have to admit every time I saw a Silkie or Showgirl thread/picture I thought ; wow, what a weird looking chicken. I just could not get used to a chicken like that!
But then I saw some in person and I can't forget their cuteness and how pretty they looked just waddling across the lawn.
Some day I want one too!

Silkies, show girls, NNs... still freak me out.

But I could get into those naked Israeli chickens. Processing would be a breeze. They'd love Phoenix in the summer.
