With that comb at 3 months that is definitly a rooster! At 3 months the saddle feather should start to come in on his back too, pick him up and check out what is growing out of the Pinfeathers on his back(from inbetween the shoulders to the base of the tail). I bet the feathers growing in will be ones with a shiny edge to it and are slightly pointed.

Yep, I am with the "she is probably a he" vote. If you can't have roos, you might start looking for someone to take him, or a hatchet.

Oh, yeah, now that you mention Endora is just three months old, I'd say cockerel, too. But a handsome and interesting cockerel, not an ugly one!
