Looking to buy 2 blue egg layers to add to add to my flock. They can be easter eggers, aystralorps, legbars or anything like that. I cant spend too much, but I would love to know what you have. Can be anywhere in or around Edmond, Oklahoma.

Hi! I live in OKC and am in Edmond frequently. I would say your best bet will be to get onto Facebook's Oklahoma poultry pages to find what you're looking for. Craigslist may also have something available. Pickings get slim if you're wanting started pullets, but finding chicks shouldn't be a big issue. Also, I should warn you that easter eggers don't always lay blue eggs, either. Ameraucanas do, and they're availability is better than Cream Legbar in the metro area.

Could you send me the names of the groups? I have been looking for them, and can not seem to find any. I looked on craigslist, and didnt see much. Thank you so much!

Try these, some are closed groups, but the last link I posted is a local Edmond page, you might start there. I can't vouch for what's on the pages, but someone in them should be able to help you with your quest.

You are awesome. Thank you.

You might also call TSC and Circle E and ask if they will have chicks this fall, and ask about breeds. But, beware of the straight runs, lol! Bethany Country Store also carries chicks and occasionally started birds.
