ISO a black Japanese or a black Dutch Bantam Roo....

Greetings my fellow AZ chicken keepers,
My husband really wants an all black Japanese or Dutch Bantam Rooster. All of the hatcheries seem to only want to sell in quantities of 15. We already have enough chickens; so ordering 15 is out of the question. Does anybody know of anyone around the local area (within driving distance of 2-3 hours of the north part of the valley) who has one of these for sale? Thanks for your help.
