Hi! I'm really hoping for splash Americauna hatching eggs, but I'm willing to take other colors as well. I'd also love to get some lemon cuckoo orpington eggs but know that's a long shot. I'm near Waterloo but willing to travel a bit!

Seems kind of expensive for chicks but they do have splash.

Sandhill Preservation Center is 2 hours away from you, so shipping shouldn't be an issue.

They're out of Americauna for the year, but have a number of Orpington types available though I didn't see splash. Jubilee is pretty cool if you're in to dots.

There's also mottled blue and mottled black but mottled isn't the same as splash, though you might still like it.

I loved my Buff Orpingtons, especially Chelsey who was broody several times - setting on other chickens’ eggs, especially her buddy the Easter Egger, Rhianna’s eggs. When I tried to add other likely fertilized eggs because we had a very active rooster, she pushed them out of the nest and insisted upon sitting on her friends’s eggs. She successfully hatched three beautiful Easter Egger/Brahma roosters.
Here’s Chelsey with her three beautiful adopted “children” at about four months old with their effervescent, colorful feathers. Reluctantly, I had to give them away since I already had a viable rooster doing his job.
