Isolated Chicken Overnight?

Hello! I am isolating my one hen indoors overnight in a crate, not knowing if she is ill or injured. Is there anything I can do to make her night less stressful?
Should I cover her crate up or anything?

Just cover the crate up,so she doesn't see that her surroundings have changed,chickens tend to get stressed when there is a new environment around them.
