isolating birds for breeding

How long do hens store sperm? I have two breeds that run together and would like to isolate one of the roosters with a few hens for purebred hatching eggs.

some people will say a couple of weeks to 21 days I would wait at least a month. That way you are safe.

Totally agree! 2-3 weeks in normal so 4 just to be safe!
