Never new that you can rent a farm! It comes with all the animals and equipment, or just building and land?

You can rent farms but usually no equipment and no animals, just land and buildings.
I've looked into renting farms in Costa Rica to move myself and chicken operation to.

People getting out of farming usually liquidate the equipment and animals and then they either rent the land or someone else buys it and rents it.

Just the building and land, but we all go to an agricultural college so we brought our own animals ahahaha

That's great! What else? All I have is 2 Shetland Sheepdogs and 2 cats besides the chickens. My days of everything from hamsters to horses are behind me, lol.
