Is the 2x4 at the edge of the poop board a 2nd roost, or there to hold back the sand? Hard to tell, but if it's a 2nd roost, you know the chickens will be pooping right off the edge...

It’s another roost. But they really haven’t been perching on that one as they’ve been congregating on the one that’s further back which is right next to a window. And when they have perched there they’ve been facing out towards the middle of the coop. So far they only droppings I’ve had to really clean up is from where they’ve been perching on the second 2x4.
