i got some st size OEG.... i kept 1 roo and 4 hens.. they are seperate from the other birds,,, by a 5 foot chain link fence ...
i have been waiting and waiting to see if the rooster gets agressive,, he has not tryed anything with ME, yet...
my hunny came into the house yesterday saying "...that rooster jumped at me flapping his wings... i reached into the coop to get the eggs and he jumped at me"
my hunny thought it was funny and said "he did not hurt me".. i told him the rooster doesnt have his spurs yet,, he is only 11 month old....
that sucker better NOT attack ME.. i dont think it is "funny".... he will get tossed into the POT if he gets to aggressive..
i know GAMES are known to be agressive... and i went into the pen several times the last 2 days and even if he looks at me for to long i would chase him.. make him run from me... the roo wont run away the same for my hunny...
if he attacks me i will kick him across the yard....
i had a turkey know the difference between a human male and female,, so i am sure this rooster knows... is that why he attacked my hunny and not me???... OH well,, it finally happend.. now we have to wait and see if he gets to keep his head or not...

i dont have children,, if i did i would have NEVER got this breed at all..
