Wow. Been busy all weekend. Just got back from a 100 mi trip to pick up three lovely pullets from ThreeBoysChicks (maybe I'll post some pics when the sun gets around to warming the ground again) and finally I see PC's post...

I read it. I can't unread it.

It wasn't quite the revelation that the chicken/dog poop cycle thing was, but it's a bit disconcerting to think that if I keep a flock for much longer, I might start turning into a rooster. How will I ever get my socks on over the spurs?
