Four week olds huddling and weak are classic cocci signs. Maybe your vet will just give you the amprollium to treat them on your own. It's not like it is harmful, it's just a thiamine blocker, not even an antibiotic. If you get some the dose is 2 teaspoonsful of the liquid, or 1 tsp of the powder to a gllon of water, for 5 days. Give no vitamins or ACV in the water, but when they are finished, vitamins, yogurt or probiotics and ACV are needed to get the gut bacteria back to normal. Some will even do a second course in two weeks.
