Well after heating cheeping from the egg last night I was surprised this morning to find there had been no pipping, after I came home from work it had hatched and was all dry and fluffy - not bad for a homemade incubator. Now just the question of the other 5 eggs, all were good when I candled them at lockdown but no signs of hatching. I gave a broody Cochin ready for them, do I give her this chick now and then the others or do I wait until they are all ready

if it were me, Id try and wait another day or so to see if any of the others are going to hatch.
