That is one of the best coop and runs I've ever seen!
Man, you did your homework, that's for sure.
You are gonna love that come the frigid ChiTown Winter!
One suggestion and one 'warning'.
Flip your nest access door so hinges are on the bottom.
They may choose to roost on the ladder in the run, since it's higher than the coop roosts.

Why move the hinges to the bottom? Birds coming out when you open? I thought it be easier for cleaning.
The ladder in the run is temp. I still have to fence off one side. It will be cut dramatically down.
