A couple of weeks ago a hawk was keeping an eye on our week olds chicks. Our momma hen was making some very weird noises that I have never heard her make. So I went out in my yard and there it was sitting on the fence 5 feet from my birds. All in all no lost birds. I didnt see a hawk for a couple weeks.

Today my DH was cleaning out our yard and he heard all the neighborhood birds squaking. He didnt think anything of it. He was talking to our neighbor and "almost" (our favorite chick) was behind him by a couple feet. All of a sudden a huge hawk (bigger than the last one) swoop down and attempt to grab almost. He didnt get him thankfully but managed to knock him down.

I dont know what to do. I cant use a gun. Can I trap it or something else I can do? I do not want to lose my birds. Im raising pets not hawk food.

A couple of full grown Turkeys make good hawk guards. They keep an eye on the sky, and will make plenty of noise if they see a hawk.
A hawk might try to nab them, but only once. They can fight like fighting cocks, and are too heavy for a hawk to lift.

Not sure where you are, Shuizar, but birds of prey are federally protected in the US, so it's illegal to kill or trap them. Do your birds free range, or are they in a pen? If they're penned, you can try covering the top with netting, to keep the hawks from flying in. Some folks also string CDs or other shiny objects over the run to discourage aerial predators.

Good luck!
