It looks wrong to me but is it?

My chickens had lice and tonight I’m giving the second dose of permithium The first dose seemed to get rid of lice and their poop seemed a lot better but now this
Is it normal or not

After looking at articles I think I am dealing with intestinal parasite or coccidius. i have corid and I know it is for coccidius but will it work on intestinal parasites? So treating for lice tonight and starting corid tomorrow?
one more thing I have been looking at some of the chickens and looking for lice which I don’t see but their skin looks almost white. So I hope the corid works
