But also the tail is giving very big indications of roo…. it can go either way

I think it's a pullet. And I will not be bullied or harassed into changing my opinion. If I'm wrong then so be it, but I'm on a very nice PC and enlarged those photos as much as I can and don't see any clearly pointed hackle or saddle feathers.
