It seems you can almost "see" them growing!!

I am still in awe. Are my eyes playing tricks on me - I leave them for awhile, come back, and their little feathers are even longer!? It's like that time lapsed photography stuff. It's not fair - I want them to stay "fluffy butts" for a little while! Are they supposed to have 1 inch feathers already?!

I know what you mean.

We left on an emergency trip to a childrens hosp for my daughter. I didnt see the chicks for 2.5 days. And when I got back, WOW!!!!! The chicks were bigger and had more new feathers! I couldnt believe it!!

my girls are 8 days old today and seem to be more than twice the size they were when we brought them home already. Its our first birds and I am more than a bit shocked by how fast they grow, eat, poop Did I miss anything LOL
