i try, but i failed to pay attention when nonna could still remember things, now, she has Alzheimers and is very rarely lucid
 
Brajoli............. Flank steak cut very thin stuffed with egg, garlic, basil,Oregano, rolled up and tied and dropped into the zugo pot to simmer in sauce for 3 hrs.......................... remember now ??, bring back any old memories. I make it regularly maybe once every other month.

lol k now youre making me drool, i remember! i knew it had a egg in it. now after my horse show, i will have to make it..

i wonder if i could find a recipe book online with all my favorites like, Polenta, Zuppa Inglese, Bruschetta, Spaghetti alla Puttanesca


hmm... lol there are so many more! i really need to learn to cook more italian foods other than a awesome Lasagne lol
