my ducks eyes look kind of swollen or matted and she seems to be itching alot. ive posted a video if anyone has ideas on how i can help her i would appreciate it.

That's weird that it would say that. My duck scratches at her head frequently and her eyes look kind matted/swollen around the edges but so far she seems to be able to see okay. I was told it could be due to not enough swimming water but would that cause her head to itch too ?

Is she an only duck or is there a drake? If she's being grabbed by a drake that could cause some eye and head injuries.

If she cannot wash her head, then she could get an infection in her eyes, ears, sinuses, and yes that would cause scratching and swelling.

A mild saline solution rinse three or four times a day for a few days may help.
