Itchy new chick

Hi, all! Just got my new bebe’s this morning. One chick has a bald spot and goes into these loud chirping/scratching fits. Wondering if anyone can tell me what’s going on and what to do? Thanks for your help.

Like, she’s brand new... hatched on Monday... picked her up from the post office this morning.

I'm sorry I can't help. I had one like this also.. they passed away unfortunately. It was like they had an allergy or something but I was also using puppy pads so I don't know what they could have been allergic to. Maybe try rub some coconut oil on the bare patch, anti-inflammatory might ease the itch.

I wonder are a select few allergic to puppy pads....

Just used antibiotic ointment (sans pain relief).... we’ll see how that works. She’s still chirpy.
