Its 21th day of my hatching

Its 21th day of my hatching chickens bt only 1 come out amoung 10, wating for 22th day , hope other 9 wil cm out in this nite , can i start feeding them from 1th day ? And can i give them water from 1th day ? Help

yes you can put some in the brooder on day 1 they might not seem interested that much but in a few days they will catch on.....also for water dip their beaks in it for a second or to
