It's a big resolution, but I'm ready!

And if I think something like there "must be FRIES"...then it's only in moderation, with a healthy salad, etc as go-alongs.

So as Alcoholics Anonymous says...."one day at a time". Or another popular cliche that applies well to foods...."All things in moderation".

Your Gumbo was a good one, and the MInestrone pic looks nice. too

What's next? Or do you want some ideas from others?

No meat chili tonight

12 oz corn
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can red golds hot chili beens
1 lrg can tomatoe juice
1 pkg of chili seasoning
add macaroni

YUMMY YUMMY!
