extremly hard to tell.... But Im gonna go with a black and white cat because skunks are nocturnal, and looking at the shadows, it looks like a cats chin/neck and chest.

Cat, hair would be a little longer in a skunk.

While it is not uncommon for a skunk to have white on his undersides, I don't remember seeing one with a white collar around its neck.

Unless I am looking at its back I say it's a cat.
